March 12, 2023

Boston Pro, Inc., a subsidiary of Secure Investigations, Inc., held a sporting event in Boston called the Boston Pro. Jane Mason and Secure Investigations licensed the trademark for this event from its owner, Mon Ethos Pro Support, LLC.

September 5, 2023

Mason unilaterally filed a Certificate of Amendment with the New Jersey Division of Revenue & Enterprise Services, removing Whitaker as an Officer or Director and naming herself as the sole Officer or Director, without Whitaker's authorization or a corporate resolution.

Mason is accused of freezing Whitaker out of Secure's management, refusing him access to the company's books and records, and excluding him from any corporate decisions. She sent emails stating that she did so to acquire a professional license in NJ that required State Police authority, effectively deceiving the State Police.

Whitaker sent a letter to Mason seeking her to cease and desist from illegally removing him as an Officer/Director of Secure, but received no response from Mason.
